Opsimathy provides online investigation, open-source intelligence, intelligence gathering
and research-related resources. These resources are intended to support lawful, ethical
and proportionate research.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any resource, tool, website, technique or method
complies with applicable laws, professional standards, employer policies and ethical obligations.

Important: Resources are provided for lawful research, training and educational purposes.
You must not use Opsimathy resources for unlawful surveillance, harassment, hacking, unauthorised access,
doxxing, discrimination, intimidation or any other illegal or harmful activity.

6. Accounts and Membership

Some parts of the website may require you to create an account or log in as a member.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place
through your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address up to date.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact us promptly.

Free Membership

Free membership may provide access to selected sample resources, introductory bookmark pages
and other free content. Free membership does not guarantee access to premium resources.

Premium Membership

Premium Membership provides access to premium members-only resources for the period and on the terms
stated at checkout or on the relevant membership page. Access may include curated OSINT bookmark pages,
templates, workflows, downloads and other resources.

We may update, add, remove, replace or reorganise member resources from time to time.
Membership gives access to the resources currently made available to your membership level;
it does not guarantee that any particular external link, third-party tool or resource will remain available permanently.

7. Prices, Payments and Billing

Prices for memberships, training, downloads and other products are shown on the website at the time of purchase.
Prices may change from time to time, but price changes will not normally affect orders already completed.

Payment must be completed through the payment options made available at checkout.
We do not ask you to send full card details by email or contact form.

If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed or is not completed, we may suspend or remove access
to the relevant product, membership or service.

If your purchase is a recurring subscription, renewal details should be shown at checkout or in your account area.
You are responsible for reviewing any recurring payment terms before completing your order.

8. Digital Content and Downloads

Some products or membership resources may include digital content, downloads, templates, guides,
bookmark collections, videos, documents or online-access materials.

Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to confirm that you want
immediate access and that you understand you may lose your right to cancel once access or download begins,
where permitted by law.

You must not resell, republish, redistribute, upload, share or make available any paid digital content
or premium member resource without written permission from Opsimathy.

9. Training Bookings

Training bookings may be subject to separate terms agreed at the time of booking.
This may include course dates, delivery method, attendee details, cancellation arrangements,
rescheduling rules and any access instructions.

You are responsible for ensuring that the details supplied when booking training are accurate.
If you need to change a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may need to reschedule training in the event of illness, technical failure, low attendance,
venue issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where this happens, we will aim
to provide a reasonable alternative.

10. Cancellation, Refunds and Consumer Rights

Your cancellation and refund rights depend on what you purchased, whether you are acting as a consumer
or business customer, whether the product is physical, digital or service-based, and whether access
or delivery has already started.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you may have a legal right to cancel certain distance contracts
within 14 days, subject to exceptions. These rights may not apply in the same way to business purchases,
bespoke services, completed services, immediately accessed digital content or other excluded items.

Digital Content

If you request immediate access to digital content, downloads, premium resources or members-only materials,
and you acknowledge that cancellation rights may be lost once access begins, you may not be able to cancel
for a refund after access has been provided, where permitted by law.

Memberships

If Premium Membership is sold as a recurring subscription, cancellation normally stops future renewals.
It does not automatically refund payments already made unless required by law or stated in the applicable
refund policy.

Training

Training cancellation and refund arrangements may depend on the type of training, notice given,
whether materials have been supplied and whether the training has already started or been delivered.

Please see the Billing Information, Cancel Membership and any separate Refund Policy pages for more detail.
If there is any conflict between this page and a specific written agreement for a training booking,
the specific written agreement may take priority for that booking.

11. Acceptable Use of Third-Party Tools and Links

Our website and resources may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, services or data sources.
These links are provided for convenience, training and research purposes.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy,
security, legality, terms, privacy practices, pricing, content or continued operation.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, privacy notices, laws and access rules
that apply to any third-party website or tool you use.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, training material, templates, downloads,
workflows, page content, branding and other materials made available by Opsimathy are owned by or licensed
to Opsimathy.

You may use resources for your own lawful personal, professional, training or internal business purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, sell, license, distribute, publish, upload, share, modify or commercially exploit
our content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, tools, websites, logos and services mentioned in resources remain the property
of their respective owners.

13. Availability and Changes to the Website

We aim to keep the website and member resources available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, hosting problems, security matters
or circumstances outside our control.

We may update, suspend, withdraw or change any part of the website, membership area, resources,
prices or services at any time. Where practical, we will try to avoid unreasonable disruption
to paid members.

14. Accuracy of Information

We try to keep website content and resources accurate and useful, but information may become outdated,
incomplete or unavailable. OSINT tools, websites, search techniques, platform rules and external services
can change frequently.

Resources are provided for general training, research and information purposes.
They should not be treated as legal, financial, investigative, compliance, cybersecurity,
law enforcement or professional advice specific to your circumstances.

You should make your own assessment before relying on any information, tool, search result or third-party source.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so,
including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses arising from:

  • misuse of OSINT resources, tools or techniques;
  • your failure to comply with law, policy, professional standards or third-party terms;
  • third-party websites, tools, data sources or services;
  • loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or indirect losses;
  • temporary unavailability of the website or resources;
  • incorrect, outdated or unavailable third-party information.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

16. Privacy, Cookies and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
The website may also use cookies or similar technologies. Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
for more information about how personal data and cookies are handled.

17. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to your account, membership or resources if we reasonably believe
that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, misused resources, failed to pay, shared restricted content,
created security risks or used the website unlawfully.

We may also suspend access where necessary to protect the website, other users, our business or third parties.

18. Complaints and Contact

If you have a question, complaint or support request about these Terms and Conditions, your account,
membership access, billing or a purchase, please contact us through the website contact page.

When contacting us, please include:
